AIPU FOOD’s Caramel Color Application in Cookies
Cookie is a common crunchy baked snack, usually contains flour, sugar and oil. It has a big family which include sandwich cookie, decorated cookie, wafer cookie, rolled cookie, etc.
Customers can use both liquid and powder caramel color in cookies. Caramel color helps enhance and standardize the shades of products in industrial manufacturing.
AIPU FOOD produces 3 types of caramel color: class I, class III and class IV. Caramel colors with class I can range in color from yellow to red. Class III caramel colors offer a red-brown coloring. Class IV caramel colors have a dark brown color. Customers can choose the suitable type and hue according to their demand.
